NICOLAY DESIGN takes the philosophy and history of the winery and makes it perceptible and tangible for the customer. A combination of stylish renovation, use of old building materials, exposure of the natural stone masonry was complemented with a sophisticated and atmospheric lighting design. NICOLAY DESIGN created unique highlights, such as the newly designed wine climate cabinets over 2 levels, as well as a 5 m long signature lamp made of old barrel rings, floating in the middle of the room.
