Long sheet slicer HANDY

Slicer »HANDY« cuts potatoes, apples, zucchinis and cucumbers into long, continuous thin sheets for preparing vegetable and fruit rolls. Potatoes and apples are firmly held on a metal spindle when sliced; there is also a spacer whose fins catch zucchinis and cucumbers and prevent them from moving along the spindle. The slicer has an efficient pressing plate with a sharp stainless steel blade, which ensures a consistent thickness of the resulting vegetable and fruit sheets.
