The »textured blades«, offered in Gras, Food, Smiley and other designs, offer excellent properties. The embossing gives the blade high strength and a surface reduction that leads to lower adhesion of the material being cut. An additional DLC coating can be applied which even with Damascus steels further enhances the sliding & cutting properties. The designs can be combined in different steel types, blade shapes & handle variations of all kinds.
