KAI and Tim Mälzer celebrate the 15th anniversary of their collaboration:The unique aesthetics of the limited edition Tantō anniversary knife from the Shun Premier Tim Mälzer series combine a traditional Japanese Tantō blade in 25 cm length with the special characteristics of the Shun Premier blade design and a special, ultra-matt handle. Each anniversary knife also has its own serial number engraved on the bolster of the handle, making it a unique piece. The traditional Japanese Tantō (短刀), in its original form a short sword, is characterised by a straight blade back and an equally straight cutting edge.

This knife captivates with its harmonious blend of traditional Japanese blade form and contemporary design.
