Turbo Moka reimagines the classic stovetop coffee maker through thermodynamics and fluid dynamics, cutting its energy use by up to half. Twelve turbine blades spiral up and around the boiler, capturing the heat a conventional pot loses. With almost three times the surface exposed to the flame, the water boils in up to half the time, so the grounds spend less time over the heat and the coffee is smoother and less bitter.
