Guardian

With the vision of making the watch industry and consumer culture more sustainable, Nordgreen‘s "Guardian" was developed based on circular values and the goal of extending a watch’s life. As part of this, an environmental analysis of a watch was conducted together with scientists to optimize the watch design as well as the resource use and supply chain. The Guardian is designed to make an environmental and social contribution and is therefore made of recycled steel from Outokumpu, the world leader according to ISO 14021 regulations. The Japanese watch movement works by automatic, and the bracelet and clasp follow durable design principles.
