Details
The striking table lamp “FROM THE MOON” features a pearly orb of light floating above a mouth-blown glass base. The glass enhances its pure lines, serving as both foundation and diffuser. Its conical base supports the frosted sphere, which emits a soft, glowing light. Users can easily adjust the height by rotating the base, balancing form and function. A side slit reflects the lightness of the blown glass and provides an exit for the fabric-covered cable.
The Jury‘s Statement
The ‘From The moon’ table lamp fascinates with a sensitive balance between form and function. A pearly white ball of light appears to float on a fragile glass structure, symbolising the fragility of our planet. In this wonderfully poetic way, ‘From The moon’ calls on us to take responsibility for the future.
