The hm 5000 DC-VI PrintPak med rotary sealing system was developed for the special requirements of the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The system is the first of its kind to combine all UDI-relevant data in a matrix code and print it directly onto the film side of the sterile barrier system using the integrated inkjet printer. The obligation for UDI medical device labelling can thus be implemented in a time-saving manner parallel to the packaging process in only one work step.

The "hm 5000 DC-VI PrintPak med" rotary sealing system is UDI-capable, meaning that mandatory medical device labelling and sterile packaging can be carried out in one device, saving time. The clear control panel with intuitive user interface has been neatly integrated into the clean and ergonomic housing design, which emphasises the modern character of the device.
