Atelier—7121 is a newly built event venue, developed as an architectural extension of Boutiquehotel NILS am See. Its form, character and materiality respond to the landscape of Lake Neusiedl and translate regional building culture into contemporary hospitality architecture. The project creates space for cultural, business and private gatherings, combining atmosphere with operational flexibility. Robust surfaces, mobile furniture, integrated lighting, smart control and flexible curtains enable precise spatial adaptations while preserving the clear identity of the place.
