Details
Neoclassical gardens, with their quest for perfect balance, served as the theme for this Minos vase and centre. On its bases, in porcelain and biscuit, are illustrated labyrinthine paths that not only represent frivolity and playfulness but are also a metaphor for life. They also represent a dialogue between earth and water through the combination of crystal and porcelain, decorated with an excellent hand-cutting work.
The Jury‘s Statement
The cubic porcelain base forms an interesting visual contrast to the beautifully shaped and finely cut glass bodies. What makes the "Minos" collection so special is that the two elements are nevertheless perceived as a harmonious unit that is an eye-catcher in any setting.
