The British International School of Timișoara is a state-of-the-art educational facility in Romania, built around a "Learning Plaza" interior design concept. Its centrepiece is a striking atrium with a 6-meter-tall Bucida tree, surrounded by key educational spaces like a two-story library, 3 science labs, art and music rooms, a theatre, 22 classrooms, 7 multifunctional rooms, and a teachers' lounge. The design masterfully combines exposed concrete with warm colours, natural materials, and lush greenery. A 250-seat BISTro adds to the dynamic environment, creating a space that fosters both learning and community interaction.

This school in Romania impresses with its contemporary spatial concept that promotes learning and creativity. The atrium with a central tree forms the centerpiece and creates a connection between the different learning areas. The combination of exposed concrete, warm colors and natural materials sets the “British International School of Timișoara - ‘Ana Șandor’” apart.
