The renovation of the Schwalbenhof Kitzingen (2021–2023) revitalized a historic building complex dating back to 1603. Situated in the heart of the city, the two-part ensemble was carefully updated to contemporary standards, harmonizing its historic substance with modern functionality. With the integration of medical practices, offices, and premium gastronomy, the project created a vibrant location that both preserves architectural heritage and establishes a strong pillar for Kitzingen’s positive urban development.
