Clarity and subtle guidance of potential guests along their customer journey: these were our aims in web design. We achieve them by using a colour-coded system as the main means of navigation; thus, users find their way by intuition, even though entering the website at very different starting points. One of these starting points is the needs compass: it represents the four main motives for checking in at the BLEIB BERG Health Retreat and allows clarity in the main menu.
