Gozney Arc

The Arc combines Gozney's renowned design ethos in a sleek form - compact on the outside, spacious on the inside. The adjustable flame of the new lateral burner replicates a wood fire and offers maximum control, high efficiency and a reliable result. The professional insulation and the 20 mm thick cordierite stone guarantee even heat distribution and consistency. With temperatures of up to 500 °C displayed by the integrated digital thermometer, the Arc bakes pizza in just 60 seconds.
