Landwirtschaft und Ernährung, Deutsches Museum München, Neue Dauerausstellung

The "Agriculture and Food" exhibition covers 1000 square meters and focuses on the interrelationships between society, crop cultivation, livestock farming and technology. It is accessible from two sides and offers two directions of travel through five themed rooms, in which dioramas, narrative graphics and media stations vividly convey complex content. An interactive food shelf encourages visitors to reflect on nutrition, abundance and scarcity. The architecture and colour scheme structure the themes and create an exciting dramaturgy through the interplay of alternating daylight and darkened areas.
