CSMM designed a state-of-the-art workplace bringing all of its different business units together under one roof. Highly specialised labs share the space in this multi-tenant building with research and development facilities as well as commercial offices, each with a common underlying aesthetic that reflects the forward-looking firm’s spirit of entrepreneurship and invention. With the move to its new “Factory Office” in April of this year, NanoTemper has traded its scattered production and laboratory facilities for a single head office with a range of spaces tailored to its needs as a biotech firm, optimised for its workflows and flexible enough to accommodate its rapid growth. The hybrid new build gives NanoTemper the right environment to deliver on its high standards of flexibility, functionality and efficiency.
