Steel Flameboard

We embrace the Finnish tradition of "flaming" salmon fillets over open fires. Originally, salmon halves were pinned to boards to be "flamed" on the edge of open fire pits. Our Steel Flameboard is an interpretation of this traditional cooking method. Crafted from stainless steel, the product is sustainable, durable, and characterized by a clean design language. It modularly fits any type of fire pit (grill, fire pit, plancha, campfire). Not just fish - meat and vegetables can also be prepared. Operation is conducted outside the heat zone, enabling safe usage.
