FLAGSHIP STORE | WAKE UP IN THE MEDITERRANEAN

Description

Space is perceived and treated as a »lived moment« of the values and the aura of the Mediterranean. The backbone of the design includes: a shaded siesta under the summer sun, a seat on the roots of an olive tree, a whitewashed yard, a decaying drystone wall, a Sunday family table, the smell of herbs and olive oil. The design invites the visitor to find his own retreat and maybe find a way to approach a product through his senses: the touch, the smell, the vision, the joy of discovery.


Statement of the jury

This design transposes, via forms, colours and materials, the Mediterranean lifestyle to the decor, thus creating an authentic atmosphere that can be experienced with all the senses.
