Al Baydha Master Plan is a model for future sustainable villages for the city of Makkah, which provides livelihood, housing, basic amenities and services for the villagers. Developed and built of humans, the place is the vision of prince Khalid Al Faisal for the project. The project site is located 45 km south of the centre of Makkah outside the Haram limits. The site is covers an area of 1 million square metres. The topography is almost flat with a gradual slope from north to south.
