Description

OK has created a digital petrol station with no staffing needs – across the approximately 700 gas stations currently operated by OK Benzin. The petrol stations are easy to find – with automatic confirmation that you have reached your desired OK gas station. The app has introduced new behavioural patterns around purchasing a car wash, where you no longer have to leave your car. Over 25 % of all car washes and over 10 % of all OK fuel purchases are completed through the Tank & Betal app.
