Technology has crept from science fiction into our daily lives faster than we can comprehend it, creating a complex system that has the potential for unintended consequences. This interactive installation invites visitors to react to provocative statements about technology with fear or hope and measures the overall response, projecting a cascading text which creates a snapshot of a potential future.

Statement of the jury

The sculptural form of the exhibits looks very futuristic and therefore underlines the intended message. A distinctive exhibition design that could have come straight out of a sci-fi film and will stick in visitors’ memories.
