VIKO apart hotel is a project created with a special design feeling. Bondart Studio accepted the challenge to develop the project starting with the installations, through to the interior design, and finishing with the final decor and accessories. 23 beautifully furnished apartments provide the finest of modern amenities. They each have different designs, colours and styles. VIKO has a luxury snack bar and a stylish reception. The hotel represents the modern needs of comfort, luxury style and cosiness.

Statement of the jury

A clear design idiom, finely tuned colours and high-quality materials – that seems to be all it takes to give a wide variety of rooms their own identities, while still comprising a unified whole that clearly belongs to one house. A job well done that requires a lot of attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
