Grundfos – Remote Mixed Reality Support

Description

The Grundfos remote support solution is powered by a combination of MR, VR and AI. Using the Microsoft HoloLens, an on-site service technician can receive remote support from an expert located anywhere in the world. The expert can guide the technician from a laptop or in VR, thereby enabling cross-platform collaboration. Real-time data, service manuals, videos and 3D models can be accessed by the on-site technician to be presented as a digital overlay around the physical installation.
