Description

An artist has created collages, photographed them from eight different angles, and uploaded them onto an image search engine; consequently creating a list of words through AI. When AI intervenes on our process of piecing these two elements (word and image) together, does it affect the way we see images? Will we trust the high accuracy of our search results? Or can we find clues to develop a new way of seeing? The title indicates both the method of craft and the changes we face through the rise of AI.

Statement of the jury

This highly interesting piece of work carefully examines and presents the connection be- tween similar uploaded images and the AI of the search engine. An exciting project that manages to both fascinate and impress with its graphic design.
