Description

Garitage Park is the first project of its type and scale to combine residential buildings, offices, commercial areas, educational, sports and recreational facilities with a total footprint of 165 000 sq. m.

A main part of the Garitage Park concept is sustainability in all its aspects.

It is the first project in central and Eastern Europe to undergo the BREEAM certification process and the first to received BREEAM Communities Excellent rating outside of the UK .

Statement of the jury

It’s impressive that the theme of sustainability was realised so consistently in a project of this size. At the same time, modern architecture also impresses from a formal standpoint, resulting in a friendly overall perception. A timely project that promises a high quality of life for the residents.
