Tesoro Nursery School

Description

A nursery school named »treasure box« in Fukushima. By uniting sites, rooms could be put above the road to secure a large courtyard, while maintaining the function as an approach for vehicles. Opening for a great view of the mountain, the building itself is like a giant play structure incorporating a slide, climbing wall and various staircases, with interconnected circulation routes weaving together. And an undulating gray wall with many holes wraps around it enhancing security and privacy.
