Description

Facing the trend towards healthy, low-fat cooking, UNOLD® presents the SOUS VIDE STICK for a gentle way of preparing meat, fish and vegetables at a low temperature. The flavour of vacuum-packed food is improved when it is cooked in its own juice. The circulation pump maintains a constant temperature and ensures great cooking results. The temperature is adjustable (+/– 0.1 °C). The automatic switching-off function prevents overcooking or burning if there is an insufficient quantity of water.


Statement of the jury

The ergonomically shaped handle with the clip facilitates easy, secure and safe fastening of the stick to the edge of the pot. The display at the end of the handle is optimally placed for a quick reading.
