The E.ON mobile app makes energy management simple for everyone, from young, tech-savvy users to the elderly. Before, customers skipped the app and phoned support — so we rebuilt it around real needs. The hardest step, copying a reading off an awkwardly placed meter, we solved with AI: snap a photo, the app fills in the value. The interface is intuitive and uncluttered, and meets accessibility standards: enhanced contrast, scalable type, screen readers. Result: 5-star ratings only, up from 1.7.
