Headquarters project for the Bet Al Nadja association

Rooted in N’Djamena’s urban fabric, the Bet Al Nadjah headquarters reinterprets the symbolic “Bet” (house) through a contemporary gabled form. Blending vernacular identity with bioclimatic design, it features natural ventilation, a central patio, wide overhangs, and solar panels. Integrated into Moursal’s scale and fabric, it offers comfort, sustainability, and a strong cultural presence bridging tradition, community, and environmental innovation.
