This office reimagines the industrial workspace as a "green oasis" in Quang Nam, Vietnam. Prioritising well-being, the design is inspired by a traditional loom, featuring a concrete frame with floating office blocks. Interspersed green gardens and atriums create refreshing buffer zones, providing natural light and reducing stress. Glass partitions connect the office to the factory floor, dissolving hierarchies and fostering a sense of equality. The result is a humane and inspiring environment that honours both people and craft.

The subtle interplay between nature and workspace gives »Textile Factory Office« a charismatic presence. Inspired by the aesthetics of the loom, floating concrete frames and thoughtfully placed green areas achieve a harmonious balance of function and well-being. Transparent transitions between production and office gently dissolve spatial hierarchies.
