Einfamilienhaus auf dem Schurwald

The HA14 single-family house takes advantage of its sloping site to frame views across the Alb foothills toward the Swabian Alb. Positioned along the northern property boundary, the building opens towards the landscape. A cantilevered lounge on the upper floor provides a space for “entrepreneurial vision.” Angled interior walls and varying ceiling heights create diverse spatial sequences, visual connections, and changing light conditions. The house was realized as an Energy Efficiency House 40.
