Haus JM – Maloja

The project consists of the restoration and extension of a house located in Capolago, Maloja, in a panoramic position in the forest. The original building, dating back to 1965, was a small holiday home with two floors above ground and a cellar. The renovation was radical and enabled a considerable leap in quality compared to the existing building.
