How to attract young talents to the heart of the Black Forest? By simply having them pack their suitcase and move directly into our new S+P Apartments. As the fourth construction phase of our S+P Campus for living, learning, and working, they offer sustainable and high-quality housing for new team members. The building combines reinforced concrete with a timber panel construction and was designed using local woods. A photovoltaic system, together with geothermal energy and a heat pump, provides the energy. The apartments are more than just living space, they form part of a forward-looking lifestyle model.
