Details
Villa Seljanovo is a family residential building, located in Seljanovo, Tivat, Montenegro. The location is unique, a sea cape surrounded by the sea and a lighthouse. The building has a regular cubic form, composed of two bodies with a flat roof. The form of the buildings faces the sea on all three sides facing the sea. There is a swimming pool in front of the main central part of the building. The location offers fantastic views of the unique Bay of Kotor. The structure consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The materialization follows the Mediterranean spirit and traditional materials interpreted in a modern way.
