Details

Bivacco Fanton is a protective shell, a sloping hewed volume that inhabits the Marmarole Fork in the Dolomites, a space at 2667 meters above sea level, a context of rock, light, wind, and snow. Its fiberglass body bends along the profile of the cliff and draws a visual tracer, attempting to amplify and frame the landscape, a space coagulated around the tension between the vastness of the natural architecture of the Alps and the minute architecture of the bivouac.
