Details
Located on a hill, the project wills to cope best views of the landscape. With public functions in the upper part, seeking to dissociate this volume from the rest of the building. The treatment of this piece is different from the rest, thus achieving a sense of lightness and detachment from the ground, as a piece suspended in the air that seeks to frame the landscape. This volume rests on a base linked to the ground, blurred by the shadow of the cantilever, which contains the rest of the uses.

Ingeniously integrated into the hillside, the single-family house is designed for the ultimate view of the surrounding landscape. At the same time, the upper floor seems to float, which makes the building appear wonderfully light. An extraordinary project that looks extremely elegant with its sculptural design language.
