CARSTEN ROTH ARCHITEKT was planning the construction site A of the Südliches Überseequartier in Hafencity Hamburg, the Elevendeck. The start of construction for our building construction with around 310 apartments on approx. 31,500 sqm gross floor area already took place in 2018. The facade design provides good visibility for all apartments and ensures optimal noise protection. A special feature are the green roof landscapes with partly private roof gardens, loggias and balconies.
The Jury‘s Statement
The Elevendecks - Überseequartier Hafencity building project impresses with its special architecture, which makes the residential units visible three-dimensionally in the facade. This not only ensures striking aesthetics, but also serves as noise protection.
