A refurbishment of the Matino apartment building was carried out to create space for six instead of two residents. The mother lives in a barrier-free granny flat on the ground floor, while the young family has settled on the upper floor. Despite its generous cubature, the building, clad in a black wooden facade, blends gently into its surroundings.

The completely renovated Matino apartment building impresses both outside and inside with an architectural quality that promises a high quality of living. The fact that the clear architecture with its cladding of black wooden slats also integrates very well both into the neighboring stock and into the picturesque mountain landscape proves how holistically well thought-out the design was here.
