Details
Nething Architekten have designed an office in Neu-Ulm for their own 100 employees. The concept of the 4-storey building is based on the question: What does the perfect working environment for the team look like? This is reflected in a maximally open building, in which semi-open structures are clustered by freely adjustable room modules. The design echoes the internal form in the façade: with an orderly structure that is broken up by the material - greyed wood.
The Jury‘s Statement
An office building that creates an inspiring work environment through its open structure and flexible room modules, meeting the needs of its employees. The harmonious integration of natural materials gives the structure a contemporary appeal, reflected in its facade. »Nething Office« exemplifies how functional architecture can be aesthetically appealing.
