Designed with minimalistic modelling and energy simulations, it integrates smart automation, biophilic design, and high-performance materials. Features include triple-glazed windows, Rehau underfloor heating, LG VRV air-conditioning, and KNX automation for seamless climate and security control. With a rooftop pool, natural light optimization, and photovoltaic pergolas, it balances sustainability, comfort, and elegance, setting a new benchmark for eco-luxury real estate in Greece.
