Details

The three buildings on Lilienthalallee in Munich Freimann, which measure around 45,000 square metres, have been sustainably revitalised for full-service office units. Together with the owner GVG and Michael Schmutzer, we developed a holistic concept comprising interior design and architecture, which is integrated into a comprehensive brand strategy. The guiding principle is ‘entrepreneurship’: attributes such as young, open, flexible and international characterise the design, which is aimed at innovative companies and start-ups. The central idea was to make the revitalisation as resource-conserving and substance-preserving as possible. In addition, natural and sustainable materials were used for the interiors.

The Jury‘s Statement

The subtle fusion of resource-efficient revitalization and a distinctive brand identity gives »LILO SPACE« a compelling presence. Authentic materials and an open, flexible spatial concept create an inspiring environment for founders. Particularly impressive is the harmonious interplay of architecture, interior design and strategic positioning. The outstanding quality and forward-looking approach are exemplary of excellent conceptual architecture.
