In the design for a central commercial building in downtown Munich, the symbiosis of diverse demands awakens new potential in architecture. Urban and natural space, interior and exterior, first floor and roof surfaces are connected and staged. This creates an urban stage that sustainably plays on the social, economic and cultural life of Munich. Through wood hybrid construction and an intelligent envelope, the building is designed with future-oriented aspirations.

The spectacular design for a central commercial building in downtown Munich envisages a transparent shell that lends the building a special aura and, in conjunction with the special design language, makes it an icon. An exciting project that also convinces with its sustainable timber construction and contributes to revitalizing the city center more strongly.
