Details
Our project shows how you can combine two different ideas and make the most of the potential of concrete technology to introduce eco-solutions - such as green terraces or renewable energy sources. The problem of choosing the construction technology will remain for many years, but we try to make our investors aware at every step. This is how the semi-open house was created, a house that is a compromise for human needs.
The Jury‘s Statement
The SEMI OPENED HOUSE concretely incorporates living nature into the design. Through spaces left open, nature is given the opportunity to leave its mark on the building, to change it over time and to age together with it. A beautiful example of poetic architecture.
