OSA Ochs Schmidhuber Architekten has realized an elegant, timeless office building for the Deutsche Finance Group in Munich's Westend district. The neighbourhood, close to the adjacent Westpark, is undergoing constant change. The plan was therefore to construct a forward-looking office building in a green setting on a brownfield site. The building has a largely glazed façade, creating a slender, black structure with loggias and terraces on all floors. Out into the open.

A powerful sense of transparency defines the »Hansastraße« office building, creating an impressive connection between inside and outside. The striking glass structure appears elegant and open, while generous loggias and terraces on every level offer high-quality spaces. The project stands out for its harmonious blend of timeless aesthetics, sustainable concept, and consistently thoughtful spatial design—a remarkable showcase of sophisticated conceptual architecture at gold level.
