The vertical terracing reinforces the separation from the buildings to the east. The setback loggias provide privacy for the apartments. The recessed penthouse also structures the mass of the building, creating a pleasantly terraced volume that stands out from the monotonous residential buildings in the surrounding area.

The spatial setback of the loggias promises more privacy and pleasantly loosens up the architecture.
