From club to brand – within 24 months, we accompanied SSV Ulm 1846 Fußball on a journey from regional league to the 2nd Bundesliga. After a brand workshop that produced clear values and a strategic direction, we developed a striking corporate design, created content formats, established a merchandising line, and produced a documentary about the club's rise to prominence, which was a hit in cinemas and on Amazon Prime. The result: SSV Ulm has quickly developed into a strong brand that has become an integral part of German professional soccer.
