KISS

KISS is a functional microcampus and an ecological lighthouse project. Its wood-hybrid construction saves more than half of CO2 emissions compared to a conventional construction. The electricity produced by its PV façade covers approximately 98 % of the general electricity. At the same time, the building provides the perfect working environment for its tenant, the Bayerisches Rotes Kreuz. KISS is one of the first EU taxonomy-compliant project developments in Germany.
