The Aachener Siedlungs- und Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH consciously faces the challenges of today and tomorrow. This self-confident attitude is reflected in the annual report "Just Now". In terms of content, it revolves around everything that proactively moves society, with people at its centre. In terms of design, a reduced grid in combination with watercolour optics support what the Aachener is all about: acting stringently and transparently while always staying in motion.

The Annual Report 2022 of the Aachener Siedlungs- und Wohnungsgesellschaft is published under the motto "Right now", with the modern design of the cover already arousing curiosity and interest. On the inside pages, a balanced mix of high-quality images, graphic elements and texts make for an interesting reading experience.
