Conceived as a multisensory journey across three interconnected sanctums, the GROHE SPA Aqua Sanctuary installation at Milan Design Week 2026 explores the personal bathroom as a refuge for complete wellbeing. Stepping away from the city’s vibrant pulse, visitors enter a curated spatial realm where water sets the rhythm and guides the experience. Light, shadow, sound and bespoke materiality interact with flowing water to bridge design, craftsmanship and self-care rituals. From advanced 3D-printing technology to tailored hardware and renewal rituals, the installation creates atmospheres that engage the senses and slow the perception of time.
