Lost Places

An abandoned shopping arcade in Leverkusen became a temporary public exhibition space. Fifteen artists dealt with topics such as advertising, shopping centres or abandoned walkways, and created an exhibition of contemporary art in shop windows and business premises. The walk through could be experienced in a new way and stimulated a confrontation with the many »lost places« in our cities – because this phenomenon can be observed in many municipalities.
